Peter Cheese is the managing partner of the Accenture Human Performance service line. With more than 20 years’ experience in consulting, Mr. Cheese, who is based in London, has led and supported large programs of change across a wide range of organizations and industries. He is responsible for developing Accenture’s practice across all the areas that support human performance — including HR transformation programs, learning, knowledge management and performance management to drive workforce productivity.

 

 

   
 


Bob Damon joined Korn/Ferry in 2004 and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s 23 North American offices. He has more than 20 years of experience in executive searches for CEO, COO, president, board director and general management positions, as well as the functional areas of marketing and sales, finance, manufacturing and operations. In addition to serving large corporations, Mr. Damon often tackles the challenge of restructuring management teams of growth companies undergoing rapid change.

 

 

   
 


Javier Bajer, PhD, works with senior leadership teams at Accenture, BT, Hewlett-Packard, Shell and WWF, helping them maximize the performance of their workforce through the creation and implementation of people strategies. Mr. Bajer is the founding CEO of The Talent Foundation, former senior executive with Accenture in the Human Performance service line, advisor to Buckingham Palace and Investors in People UK as well as a counselor at the Royal Society for the Arts, Business and Commerce.

 

 

   
 


Dr. John Sullivan is an author and speaker, who currently serves as a professor of management at San Francisco State University. He is a cofounder and an active academic advisor to the California Strategic Human Resource Partnership, a consortium of 33 leading senior vice presidents of HR from Fortune 500 firms. During his more than 30 years of experience guiding management he has trained over 1,500 international managers..

 
   
 
Mark Smith is responsible for the overall direction of Ventana Research and drives the global performance management research agenda covering both business and technology areas. He defined the blueprint for performance management as the linking together of people, processes and systems across organizations to drive effective results. Mr. Smith is an expert in business intelligence and directly manages the specific business areas of workforce and operational performance management.
 
   
 
Philip Say is a director of Solution Marketing for SAP. He is responsible for product strategy and marketing of SAP’s financial, corporate performance management and compliance solutions. Mr. Say serves the need of over 26,000 global customers that operate across more than 32 industries by providing a business vision on the value of enterprise solutions for financial reporting, compliance and risk management.
